My first blog post

So, I guess this will be the classic first entry that a few people might read. I've been thinking about starting a blog for awhile, but am really intimidated by the thought (and still am). I love reading the blogs of my friends and family, but I don't enjoy writing that much.....and will probably forget to make entries for months on end. I'm just hoping this doesn't end up like my journal....
